This year’s conference features keynote speaker Martha Mayhood Mertz, founder of ATHENA International, a non-profit organization that seeks to support, develop and honor women leaders, inspire women to reach their full potential, and create balance in leadership worldwide. She is also a speaker, author, and successful real estate entrepreneur as president and owner of the Michigan-based firm Mayhood/Mertz Investment, Inc.

In order to understand your relationships with other people, you must first understand yourself. This seminar will open your eyes to a new way of viewing yourself and others and will give you the tools to communicate more effectively based on the DISC behavior model.

Afternoon Break-Out Sessions Set for @Pathway2Success Conference

The Speaker committee has worked hard this year to bring you some outstanding break-out speakers.  You will be able to choose two of the three sessions below.

Developing Personal Power Through Principals of Quantum Physics (Afternoon Break-Out)

  • Recognizing your unique gifts
  • Achieving goals effortlessly and easy
  • Develop a clear purpose in your life
  • Living authentically 
  • Living in the now
  • Applying the law of attraction

This session will be facilitated by Elizabeth Grant. 

E’s Of Life - Not Winning Doesn't Mean Losing - The Making of Your Own Quilt (Afternoon Break-Out)

The “E’s” of Life is not about how easy life is, but the “E’s” that impact our lives. The first “E’s” of life is Experience. Colleen has come to define experience as; “Experience is what you get when you don’t get what you want.” A recent speaker at Cambridge University said, “Good judgment comes from bad experience and bad experience comes from poor judgment, keep learning.” Colleen’s program makes you sit back and evaluate your own life experiences and reflect on how you could/should have learned from them. Through intertwining life Experiences, Evaluation and Encouragement, you will leave the program with 30 life influencing “E’s” to give you a more Encouraged outlook and Enthusiasm to jump start your live. Materials will be handed out to participants in workbook form to record your own reflections on the spot so you do not have to remember them later.

This session will be facilitated by Colleen Callahan. 

Leadership - Know Your Truth, Speak Your Truth, Live Your Truth

You’ve got the power to live the life you want! Learn to ask "Why" in ways that

  • Serve you and propel you to be your best
  • Use your emotional trigger to shoot a joy into your life
  • Utilize positive visualization to know, speak and live your truth

This session will be facilitated by Yvonne Greer.
